  22. That is quite true.  The product will be discarded in moments if it works
  23. but is not fast.  If it doesn't work, some attempts will be made to make it
  24. work.

  27. world, between any two machines.  "They" never expected it to be fast, and
  28. don't make any attempt to get it there.
